James- Robin looked after my flat in SW London and rented it out for me from 2004 to 2016, when I returned to live in it. Through all that time they always found good tenants and Robin always dealt with any issues quickly and efficiently. The Viscount Dilhorne- Robin Dutton acted for the Viscount and the Viscountess Dilhorne in the sale of Flat at Imperial Court, which was completed earlier this year. The level of service and caring attention we received throughout the selling period was absolutely outstandingly excellent. It was the very best we have ever enjoyed compared with the multitude of other agents from the most well-known to the many greedy 'spies' we have previously encountered. We would have no hesitation recommending Robin to everyone wishing to sell their house. Nothing was too much trouble to undertake. They totally removed all stressful elements which are so often endemic in selling property. It was a pleasure being looked after so impeccably.

Nick- I chose Gough Dutton consultants having contacted a total of three agents; they seemed to be suggesting a sales price that was not too aggressive and I liked the way they approached the initial visit to value the property. In fact the suggested price seemed to be a bit high with the result that, after a couple of weeks with no interest, we agreed to drop the price by £25,000 to the price that was achieved. The process caused me personally little effort and was ultimately reasonably quick - from launch to completion in about three months. 

Rob- This was a difficult purchase with several problems that significantly delayed the completion of the property. However Robin was very helpful and put in a lot of extra work to help get the exchange over the line.

Dan- Robin was professional from start to finish in which it felt we had his complete attention throughout. Valuation process was precise and well thought out. An achievable price was recommended. The time to market was quick (a couple of days) and the on line marketing helpful. Big thanks to Robin for really going above and beyond in persevering with the sale, staying calm and keeping all the parties in the chain motivated when at times it looked like we were never going to exchange!
